Hi there, sorry I have not been around much. Really struggling at the moment. I had a horrid virus, still hanging around a bit, which left me feeling dreadful. The usual black mood because of the time of year. Plus an extremely unpleasant situation to cope with in terms of phobia (think I have shared some of that)
Not all doom and gloom though. I have treated myself to one of those SAD lights. Although it doesn't cure the situation it does ease the symptoms a bit.

Drugs
Please don't mention any drugs by name on here. It will block your messages. I didn't realize this until recently. I'm not sure if it's just name brand drugs or generic drugs but in any case.....it means that your post may not show up. It causes EONS to get spam.
WI opened a hunting season for these pretty birds?
Yep--it's true--a few years ago, WI opened a hunting season for Mourning Doves. Can you figure this out?? The Mourning Dove is our "State Sympol of Peace", and now people are hunting them!! This dove and the ones in reply were right on my deck. I was inside with my zoom lens on and took the picture through the window. Later they started flying at the window, when they heard the clicking. Two more pictures in reply.

The Bluebell Woods...........
As a child I fell in love with bluebells. Not just the colour but the whole feeling of seeing bluebells in the Sprigtime when the leaves are that wonderful new lime green. It looks as though, at a distance the earth is blue as the sky above. Its a magical time.
I had an uncle, Harold. He lived on the Isle of White and he would send me pictures of the woods he would walk through on his way to the village to shop. He was a poet too and loved bluebells as much as I do. So when I see bluebells I think of him.

According to a poll by Public Policy Polling the majority of Republicans think ACORN stole the election... view link
The poll asked this question: "Do you think that Barack Obama legitimately won the Presidential election last year, or do you think that ACORN stole it for him?" The overall top-line is legitimately won 62%, ACORN stole it 26%.
Among Republicans, however, only 27% say Obama actually won the race, with 52% -- an outright majority -- saying that ACORN stole it, and 21% are undecided. Among McCain voters, the breakdown is 31%-49%-20%. By comparison, independents weigh in at 72%-18%-10%, and Democrats are 86%-9%-4%.
ACORN would have had to stuffed the ballot boxes with over 9 million votes...IMPOSSIBLE!
